Captains

As a captain, you are the link between the club and your team. You act as the contact person for your team regarding questions from the club and coordinate the team duties and responsibilities. In this role, you are also a member of the Captains App, which serves several purposes:

• Sharing information: Important updates are regularly posted here, which you are asked to share with your team.

• Team-to-team communication: The ideal way to reach multiple teams at once with a question (e.g., swapping bar or refereeing shifts).

Team duties and committees

Are all the team duties in the schedule? Does all the team members know what they involve? For the committees behind these duties, you are also the first point of contact.

Filling in the DWF

Before a match starts, the Digital Match Form (DWF) must be correctly completed. More info on the Nevobo website >>

Ball bag

Each team has its own ball bag with marked balls, which must be complete at the end of the season (with the same marked balls). If a ball goes missing during the season, don’t panic. Just contact the materials committee. 

Rescheduling games

Want to reschedule a match? Please contact the VVA match secretary. They will send an official request to the opposing team. You can find the contact details in the “Overview of Contacts” in the Community.

Kantine vouhcher for external Nevobo-referrees

For Nebovo-referees, a drink-voucher is available. You can pick it up at the bar and give it to the referee(s) before or after the match.
