Update collection membership fees
The collection of the membership fees has started. We are working together with NIKKI for this. You've received information about this, via the Community and e-mail.
You'll receive an e-mail with subject line 'Kies hoe je wilt betalen voor VVA'’.
Please read the email carefully and choose whether you wish to pay in instalments (option 1) or in a single payment (option 2). Please note that paying in instalments costs more due to NIKKI’s service charges.
If you are using the Stadspas, the Jeugdfonds Sport en Cultuur or other subsidies, you can contact NIKKI using the details at the bottom of the email.
Are you a student at a vocational college (MBO), higher professional education (HBO) or university, and have you already emailed us your proof of enrolment? If so, we have already taken this into account in your membership fee. Haven’t emailed us yet? Then please send your proof of enrolment to NIKKI. They will process this and adjust the amount accordingly.

VVA has something new: a whole Finance Team 🤑🤝
Instead of having a single Treasurer, VVA now has two Treasurers, supported by two team members dedicated entirely to membership fee collection. Over the past few seasons, it became increasingly clear that the Treasurer role had simply grown too demanding for one person, both because of its scope and because of several time-consuming processes.
As part of our efforts to professionalize the organization and share the workload more effectively, we have established the Finance Team. Responsibilities are now divided within the team, allowing for greater focus, enjoyment, clarity, and continuity. This season, we'll see how this new setup works in practice.

As part of our professionalisation, we partnered with NIKKI for the collection of membership fees. NIKKI helps and supports our association in collecting and processing membership fees. Communication, collection and processing of membership fees will be handled by NIKKI. You will receive an email from NIKKI containing a payment link.
