Who what where: communication within the club
VVA Community in WhatsApp
This is our main communication channel. The Community consists of:
A general ‘announcements’ group. Only admins can share information here. As a member you can react to a post, but you can’t post your own messages.
Several other groups, such as committees and your team chat. You’re only a member of the groups that are relevant to you.
How do you become part of the Community? As soon as you’re added to your team’s WhatsApp group, you’re automatically also added to the Community & the general announcements group.
Contactperson overview
Do you have a question but don’t know who to turn to? First check the ‘overview of contact persons’. Here you’ll find, per topic, the committee you can contact. Or just ask your teammates—maybe they can already help you out!
Because of privacy reasons, the contactperson overview is the only thing you won't find on this website. You can find it via the VVA Community on WhatsApp (in the description).
Other channels of communication
Captains
Each team has a Captain who serves as the main contact and represents the team. All captains are also in a captains’ WhatsApp group. They are regularly asked to share important information with their own team.
Email (newsletter)
From time to time we send out an Inside VVA newsletter, or a special Captains Update (only for team captains).

DE BALLEN
Our own little VVA magazine, made by a few VVA'ers! Always a surprise when they are shared, but let's say around 3x per season you will get to read this fun magazine!
